Do you provide a free quote?
Yes, we aim to have the quote to you the same day of your inquiry.
What areas do you service?
Canterbury wide including Hamner Springs, North Canterbury, Christchurch, Ashburton, Methven, West Melton, Darfield and everywhere in between.
How long will my appointment take?
It will depend on your property size but generally our jobs are completed within 2 hours.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept online banking, cheque and cash.
Should I be home during the appointment?
No you don't need to be home as we have our own generator for power.
Can you provide me with a tax invoice?
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have full public liability insurance.
WILL YOU CLEAN UP ANY DEBRIS WHICH FALL OUT OFF MY GUTTERS?
Yes we will tidy up before we leave and clean up any mess which may have come from the gutters.
Can you service a two story Building?
Yes, we can service two story homes and buildings.
How do you clean my gutters?
We use a professional Kerrick vacuum system with a camera attachment. The vacuum is able to run off our own generator.
Why should I hire someone to clean my gutters?
Regularly cleaning your gutters is important as it will allow water to drain freely from your roof during storm events. If water is not able to drain effectively it can enter your ceiling cavity and damage your eaves and ceilings.
DO you recommend using guards or screening in my gutters?
No. If you have gutter guards or screens, debris may still build up in your gutters but we will be unable to access them to undertake any cleaning.
